What if I want to do a tour but it's not available on the day / time I'm looking for?
We are flexible to accommodate you, so send us a message and tell us what date/time you are looking for. In most cases, we can add tours with advance notice.
What do I need to bring?
Of course your camera or cellphone for taking pictures. Oaxaca could be very sunny during the day so an extra bottle of water, sunscreen and a hat are recommended. Cash and a tote for any desired purchases. And please wear comfortable shoes.
Are babies and young children welcome on a tour?
Yes, babies and children are welcome, however we ask you to consider each tour take 3-4 hours walking and sitting or standing most of the time. Tours are not baby stroller accessible so that we recommend using a carrier.
Children under 2 years don’t need a ticket.
Do you offer tailored experiences?
Yes we do, depending on your needs. Please send a message with places/experiences you are interested and we will be more than happy to tailor a tour for you.
What if I have a group larger than 6/8 people?
We can absolutely accommodate us to your needs. Please send a message with all of the details. Advance notice is required, so the sooner you can contact us the wider your options will be.
