  • The Hike: Depart from Oaxaca City at 8:00 AM for a journey into a lush ecosystem of Oaks, Pines, and Madroños. Discover vibrant epiphytic bromeliads and wildflowers as we reach stunning viewpoints at 3,000 meters (9,800 ft) above sea level.
  • The Taste: After the trail, enjoy a well-deserved traditional lunch in a local kitchen at "El Punto," where authentic mountain flavors are prepared over an open wood fire.
  • The Craft: Finish the day at a family-owned Molinillos workshop. Witness the incredible skill behind the "molinillo" (chocolate whisks), a signature craft of the Oaxacan highlands.
